Band 6 Rapid Response Practitioner

Rapid Response Practitioner will carry out specialist and advanced clinical assessments and set out treatment plans for patients who are acutely unwell and would otherwise have been admitted to the acute hospital.

- Rapid Response Experience
- Registered Professional – NMC, HCPC etc
- Advanced Patient Assessment Qualification
- Evidence of continued professional development
