Lead Nurse

We are looking for NMC or HCPC Registered clinicians who can support in hospitals based around Paddington, Hammersmith and Acton areas, starting as soon as possible, until the 1st May 2024.
The hours would be 9-5, office hours – Mon-Fri, but the department is happy to consider part-time for the right candidate. Banding (8b/8c) for the right candidate could be considered.
The Senior Nurse will provide clinical and managerial leadership which inspires motivates and empowers nurses, taking part in Back to Floor Thursday activities to quality assure care delivery at the bedside and improve patient experience, overseeing the smooth running of the service area as required.

- See and Treat Minor Illness and Injury
- Qualified or working towards MSc level
- Leadership Qualification (desireable)
