Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Posted 20 February 2024 by NovaWe would love to speak with ACPs with a background in primary care to support a Telephone Triage Service based at Fox Talbot House, treating patients presenting at the service with minor illness or minor injury.
The role will involve the assessment of patients of all ages with undiagnosed minor illness and minor injury. You will be responsible for treating and discharging, or referring to the appropriate care pathway as needed.

- NMC/HCPC Registered
- Minor Injury & Minor Illness experience (All Ages)
- Independent Prescribing Required
- 4 Years Autonomous Experience
- Level 7 Assessment Skills
