An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join Hallam Medical.

Working within the finance department, you will report to the Assistant Management Accountant with a dotted line to the payroll manager.

You will be an integral part of the business providing financial support to assist with driving the business forward and optimising our financial performance.

As a Finance Assistant your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Reconciliation of self- billing accounts.
  • Process supplier invoices.
  • Process expense claims.
  • Update supplier and customer records.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Raise customer invoices.
  • Produce customer statements.
  • Deal with customer and supplier queries.
  • Chase customer debt.
  • Assist the payroll manager in processing of candidate payroll.
  • Assist the finance team and wider teams with finance queries.

We are keen to speak with people who have:

  • Strong excel skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good attention.
  • A Level at grade C or equivalent in Maths.
  • Experience working as a Finance Assistant is desirable.
